Roger is from the Pacific Northwest and has been involved in motorsports most of his life! Starting out with motorbikes at a very young age and getting involved with monster trucks in his 20's, he has never lost his love and enthusiasm for what he does. He has been a volunteer at both the Kingdome and the Tacoma Dome for Monster Jam shows, helping set up the course and providing backup for the USHRA tech crew. In 2006 he worked as a member of the USHRA tech crew and received the "Rookie of the Year" award at World Finals in Las Vegas. Roger started driving monster trucks in his 20's for a local promoter, Mike Welch, who is in the Monster Truck Hall of Fame. Roger was the back up driver for Jeff Bainter's Captain USA from approximately 2007 until 2011. He enjoys wakeboarding, quads, motorcyles and parasailing.
Mike, also hailing from the Pacific Northwest, is the part-time Crew Chief. He has been working with Roger since 2007, traveling with Roger and Captain USA. Mike enjoys snowmobiling, wake boarding, quads, motorcyles and parasailing.
